2003 No Sulfite Added Pinot Noir To Be Bottled Late May

The success of our 2002 No Sulfite Added Pinot Noir has prompted a slight increase in our 2003 bottling of this incredible wine. Currently the 2002 continues to age well and is drinking as we had hoped - a well rounded Pinot Noir with solid structure, depth of flavor and no signs of deterioration from the lack of sulfites. If you can find the 2002 you better buy it up fast as it is proving that a no sulfite added wine can age gracefully and taste as well as its sulfite added cousins.
