My favorite flavor of Cooper Mountain resides in a bottle of 1999 Dijon Chardonnay Reserve. I love this wine all by itself with its creamy lemon chiffon pie flavors.....yumm. It is great with pasta and alfredo sauce or goat cheese and french bread. I wish that more people would recognize how amazing Oregon chardonnay is.
