Drink Wine and Don't Sweat the Details

Is it the right wine for the meal? Are you serving it in the right glass? Is it the finest vintage? Enough already! Yes, the right wine and food pairing can make for magical dining experiences but its not necessary to enjoying either the food or the wine. Yes, the right glass will do wonders for presenting wine and enhancing its elements but glassware does not make the wine.

There have been so many expectations implied about wine drinking that many people are scared to simply pick up a bottle. It's time to demystify wine and tell the world to simply enjoy it. This category is for everyone to share their tips on drinking wine. Maybe your tip is to drink Pinot Noir from a specific glass, then again it may be to enjoy Pinot Blanc with twinkies. Whatever your tip, please feel free to share. And, by all means, enjoy wine however you wish.
